Maginhawa Foodtrip: The Iscreamist

Our second stop. Iscreamist. It was a bit overrated because of its unique concept. I've been wanting to go here for the longest time but wasn't able to because of the queues. They relocated already and the place has a room for more customers, compared to its old place that can only accommodate 15 persons so you have to wait for hours outside just to try it. But expect for long lines.
The place looks like an intergalactic science laboratory because of its blue lightings. Science meets sweets! They offer a variety of desserts and mind you cause they put liquid nitrogen and that's what it makes so interesting. I don't even care if it tastes good, for experience lang talaga! Let's admit it pinoy loves mainstream thingy and I'm proud to say I'm one of those!

Bestseller undoubtedly would be the S'more's Dragon's Breath, you'll just dip it into the liquid nitrogen for 7 seconds (yes 7 seconds lang daw and more than 7 secs yun saken haha!) then eat it and experience blowing a smoke from your mouth and nose just watch out for freeze burns. Just be sure to follow the instructions cause it's really cold and might burn your tongue. I think the nitrogen removes the taste of the smores but nevertheless, it was fvking COOL! Sobrang nakakaignorante! Hahaha!

We also tried two ice cream flavors which are Blueberry and Strawberry Cheesecake, it was deliciously good especially the Strawberry. But make sure to have a water with you cause my throat dries after hehe!

Liquid Nitrogen is the main charm that's why it's one of the most creative and unique ice cream parlors of this street. They'll give you a super entertaining and exquisite experience and watch as other first timer customers play with their smoking S'mores. Everything indeed is fascinating but for me, one visit would be enough. :)
